I am German and in NorCal for the winter surf every year.
Went to this place with a serious shoulder injury which I got in heavy surf. Couldn’t barely move my arm after my shoulder slipped. Dr. Thomas had no appointments available so Dr. Haro took on me. Examinations, x ray, then we started therapy. Two more PT appointments during the week and I was able to get back in the water. Never expected this… after what happened. Dr Haro did perfect treatments, was sensitive and intense at the same time and btw a really nice person at all. Highly recommended!

Dr. Thomas is a legend in Pacifica and everyone knows it…my experience with him is consistent with his reputation. He’s effective, knowledgeable, a good listener, kind, and he’s very nice. His partner, Dr. Haro, while different in style and demeanor, is also excellent–skilled, positive, sweet, funny, and knowledgeable. I feel safe with both of them, and my body responds well to their treatments. (And today I had an amazing massage with Crystal (sp?), who was willing to really give me a proper deep massage that opened up my sinuses that have been stuffed up for weeks.)

This place is a miracle. Been suffering with carpal tunnel and mid back pain for ages. Been on rehab before didn’t get a good results. But with Dr. Ken Thomas and staff it didn’t take that long to get an excellent results- pain free. I never thought I will be a believer when it comes to chiropractic as a nurse. Now I AM! Love this place.

As a long time patient if Chiropractic, I feel that I am well qualified to refer Dr. Thomas to you. Besides being one of the best people I know (kind, smart, ethical). He is an excellent Chiropractor and Neurologist. Let’s just say that the bright lights are always on when he works with a patient. He also has an excellent staff of massage therapists to enhance his work. He even follows up, on his own time, with his patients to see how they are feeling. Ken Thomas is a great example of what a Doctor should be.

I started seeing Dr. Thomas over a year ago by multiple recommendations from friends and family. I began seeing him for right mid back pain that had been ongoing for 5 years and after a few sessions I felt like a new person. I continue to go here and there for maintenance or when other problems arise. Dr. Thomas has been a huge help to getting me back to my activities. And we always have such nice conversations. Highly suggest him!
Back office staff: Since I have been going here I have had the pleasure of Priscilla being my assistant/magical healer. She is so personable and I enjoy seeing her everytime I come in!
Front office: Anastasia is delightful, she always finds a way to get my in and makes the process easy.
Massage: I have also had a massage by Angel who worked on muscles I didn’t even know needed help. I’m the kind of person that enjoys a nice sports style massage and she delivers!!
Overall: It is so nice to come to a place where people genuinely care about you as a person and getting you better. It’s great when you look forward to going to your chiropractor because you know they will help you and you get to catch up with everyone. Thank you all for how much you have helped me!!!

What can I say that others have already said. Dr Ken and his staff are amazing. i’ve known Ken for over 20 years when I used to swim laps in the Masters Lanes at Oceana High School while my boys were practicing with the swim team. Back then, I was not a patient but became friends as I considered him a GOAT in terms of his strict diet and exercise regime. Approximately 12 years ago I started to see him for low back strain and see him only when needed. Back then my masseuse was Angel who was amazing and had been with Dr. Thomas for over 15 plus years before moving away. Fast forward and I get massages from David who is also great and like Angel can immediately tell the areas where massage is needed. Dr Haro is his associate who actually trained under Dr. Ken. And finally let’s not forget Anastasia who is the Office Manager and has been with Dr. Ken for many years. Highly recommend this office as he has been in business and a staple of the business community for over 25 years.
